With over 30 years behind the chair and 17 years as the owner of Shear Grace, Stephanie’s passion for beauty has always been about so much more than hair.
Shear Grace was born from a simple but powerful truth: everything she has been given is because of the grace of God. What began as a career has become a calling—a place where people can feel welcomed, valued, encouraged, and cared for.
Stephanie is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead an amazing team of stylists who share that same heart for excellence and people. She considers her staff one of the greatest blessings of Shear Grace and believes that the best salons are built not only on great talent, but on character, teamwork, integrity, and genuine care for others.
After three decades in the beauty industry, Stephanie still loves what she does and is passionate about creating a salon where clients leave feeling beautiful on the outside—and hopefully a little more loved on the inside.
